I am an entrepreneur and innovator, driven by challenges and issues deemed to be unsolvable. My greatest professional strength is my ability to identify issues or gaps in the workplace understanding it from all stakeholders’ points of view and developing practical, efficient, effective and budget-conscious solutions. The capacity to "think outside of the box" provides a unique approach for business to create industry leaders, not followers.
I am a passionate, experienced facilitator with a love for aged care and was clinically trained in the UK in acute and aged care/community settings. I have travelled to many parts of the world including South Africa, the UK, and Australia, working in the nursing sector. I have worked in metropolitan, regional, and rural settings while nursing (trauma, accident and emergency, mental health). I finally settled in Australia and applied my nursing skills to the aged care sector and have dedicated my time to providing training within this sector for further growth.
At EM Academy & Consultancy, our goal is to make a difference in the care sector. As industry experts, we help to provide the best training for students, effective solutions for businesses — ensuring the very best in care.

I was also encouraged to attend the recent Disability, Ageing and Lifestyle Expo, which I found informative and worthwhile. EM Academy has also linked me up with some potential employment possibilities and I hope to be successful in that regard.

I have done a couple courses through EMAC, one was infection control which was very detailed and they ensured everyone understood the course thoroughly before concluding, and the other was Manual Handling. This was hands on which I feel is necessary
